FOR MAKEUP BY MAGGI

What is your Makeup style? 

My style is Soft Romantic glam look applied with traditionally brush and sponge. See portfolio to determine if my makeup style fits yours.

 

Do you offer Airbrush Makeup? 

Yes. Additional fee applies per service. Services will be available in April 2022.

What Makeup brands do you use?

 I currently invest in high end luxury brands: Estee Lauder, Stila, Fenty, Hourglass and MAC. 

 

I'm ready, how do I book you for my wedding?

 Send me an availability request with your details and I will reach out.

 

Do you have a team? 

 

No. I can provide referrals for hair services. 

 

Starting 2022, Makeup by Maggi will provide referrals for Hairstylist.  

 

Hair Services provided by Makeup by Maggi are simple hairstyling (beachy waves/curls, Mermaid waves, straight hair and simple half-up (messy/boho style). No Up-dos.

 

Makeup by Maggi can do up to 6 Makeup services as long as client agrees to allow enough time. 

 

*Bride can book with Makeup by Maggi if hair and makeup services are needed for her only. See hair styles available. 
*For on-location services a travel fee will apply.

How long does it get my hair and makeup done?

For makeup it takes about 1hr. 

Hair if done by Makeup by Maggi - 1hr. See available styles.

If you have a big bridal party, Makeup by Maggi will not rush as we need to ensure you look flawless. 

Do you offer Trials? 

Yes, trial are available for brides who booked Makeup by Maggi. Trials are done once a month at my Studio in Sunnyvale, CA. Trials dates will be available on my website. Fee applies. 

Booking

If I'm available on your wedding day, I will set up a quick call to get to know each other,  discuss prices, contract, deposit and ensure no details are left out. 

Services are based on first come first serve. If a trial is needed, the full amount will be due at the time of booking along with a signed COVID-19 Waiver. Dates will not be held without a deposit for the event or full payment for the trial. If the deposit is not received or full payment for trial, the date will be forfeited to another booking. 

Full headcount for services is required to be confirmed 60 days before the event. You may add a service. However, In the event any client cancels at the last minute, the person who booked Makeup by Maggi is still responsible to pay the service in full. 

 

Holidays

An additional fee may apply if Makeup by Maggi is available on a Holiday.

 

Deposit

There's a non-refundable deposit of $200 is due a long with signed contract. 

*Remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before the event.

 

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure the main event or wedding date. The deposit goes towards the total cost. The final balance will be due 2 weeks before the day of the event as ONE payment (no exemptions). The Person responsible for the entire payment is the person who booked Makeup by Maggi.  A trial does not secure the reservation of your Event or Wedding Day. Last-minute bookings will be required to pay at the time of booking.

 

Cash, Square, PayPal Accepted. (Checks not accepted).

Travel

Travel fee is $2 per miles round trip.

Cancellation Policy for Fully Paid Appointments

The deposit is non-refundable. However, deposits can be transferred if clients reschedule to an available date one time only. However, is not guaranteed Makeup by Maggi will be available. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 90 days before the beginning of your appointment, or you will be charged the full amount per client. 

Photos & Social Media

Photos taken at the trial or professional photos maybe used as example for other client's to view. Photographer will received proper credit for their work. You agree and consent for Makeup by Maggi to use your professional photos on website, portfolio and social media. Makeup by Maggi will reach out to you and your photographer.

COVID-19 Policy

For client's safety and Maggi, artist is fully vaccinated. When booking Makeup by Maggi a signed COVID-19 waiver will require. It is suggested for client's to also be vaccinated. Client must reschedule if they have any flu like symptoms.
